Founded in 1984, the family business Escalier de la Dame offers 18 grape varieties as well as two fine eaux-de-vie and an apricot liqueur.
Their native grape varieties are grown in the communes of Leytron, Saillon and Fully.
They raise their vines in the most natural way possible. No more weedkillers since 2017 and no insecticides since their beginnings in 1985. Throughout the year, the various viticultural works, as well as the harvest, are done manually.
WINE TOURISM:
Possibility of hosting up to 30 people seated.
For groups of 10 people and more, wishing to eat, they organize a raclette or Valais plates. Package on request, contact them.
